Mrs. Marjorie E. "Margie" Goff of Lawrenceville, GA, formerly of Malden, died in the Christian Peachtree Hospice, Duluth, GA. Sunday morning October 12, 2003.
Mrs. Goff was born September 25, 1917 in Malden, MA, daughter of the late Arnold H. and Edna (Pinette) Nelson. Mrs. Goff had formerly lived in Malden, Walpole and Mansfield, MA.She was a Lead Person for 20 years at Becton-Dickinson Company (Medical Supplies).
Mrs. Goff was wife of the late Roy J. Goff.Mother of Carol L. White and her husband James of Lawrenceville, GA.Sister of Harvey A. Nelson, Winifred Mansfield and Edna "Diddie" DePaola, all of Saugus, Ethel Benson of Woburn, June Ellis of Wakefield, Helen Croteau of Malden and the late Alma Wilkinson and Dorothy Hodge.Grandmother of Kenneth P. Smith of Lawrenceville, GA, Todd M. Goff of Washington, DC, James C. White of Monson and Douglas D. White of North Dighton.Also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Goff's funeral service will be conducted by a grandson, the Reverend Douglas D. White, at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE Saturday October 18, 2003 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4-8 pm.
Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody, MA. Arrangements by the Robinson Funeral Home,809 Main St., Melrose,MA 02176.
