Joe was born February 9, 1928 in Medford, son of the late Joseph S. Orender and Helen (James) Orender.
Joe was raised and educated in Medford.He worked for many years as a Master Pipe Fitter.He served in the United States Army during both WWII and the Korean War.
Joe was the beloved husband of Marjorie S. "Marge"(Lyons) Orender with whom he shared 55 years of marriage.Loving father of Janice H. Johnson and her husband, Scott of Wakefield, NH, Joan M. Orender and her fianc?, Michael Terenzi of Townsend, Joseph W. Orender and his wife, Laurie of Wakefield, Katherine Hayward and her husband, Douglas of Medford and Jeffrey N. Orender and his wife, Kirsten of Byfield.Dear brother of Isabel Young of Troy, NH and the late Gerry Iorio.He is the cherished grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
