Henry S. Bagley

Henry S Bagley, beloved husband of Maura (Flynn) entered into eternal rest on May 16th 2025. Henry was born in Cambridge, MA in 1932 and was the son of Henry and Frances (MacDonald) Bagley. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He was predeceased by his sister Rita Schwartz and sister-in-law Margaret Flynn. He is survived by two sons, Matthew and his wife Margaret of Rye, NY, Andrew and his wife Lorraine of Howell, NJ, and two daughters Elizabeth of East Boston,MA, and Kathleen and her husband Michael Hegarty of Walpole, MA, sister-in-law Christine Flynn, brother-in-law Thomas Flynn and nine grandchildren, Rory, Regan, Riley, Madison, Hailey, Sadie, Henry, Eamon and Aine, and many loving cousins and friends.

After graduating Winthrop High School, he attended Boston College and graduated with a degree in Accounting. He then served in the US Army during the Korean War. His greatest joy in life was being "Pa" to his grandchildren. Henry was an avid sports fan of all Boston teams and enjoyed playing golf and running. He was a parishioner at Incarnation Church.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather during Visiting Hours at Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose on Thursday, May 22 from 4-7pm, and again on Friday, May 23 at 9am before leaving in procession to Incarnation Church, 429 Upham St., Melrose, for his Funeral Mass celebrated at 10am. Private interment in Winthrop Cemetery.
