Elizabeth A. &Quot;Betty" Sullivan
Mrs. Sullivan was born on November 10, 1927 in Medford, one of two children of the late Archie McCuish and Ann (Maher) McCuish.
Elizabeth, or "Betty" as she was affectionately known, was raised and educated in Malden.She had lived with her family in Melrose for 17 years, Wareham for 22 years, and more recently enjoyed her brief time in assisted living in Burlington.A homemaker, Betty enjoyed cooking, flower arranging, and loved crafts.
She was the beloved wife of the late William F. Sullivan, Jr. with whom she shared 58 years of marriage.Devoted mother of Doreen Holmgren and her husband Bob of Freedom, NH, Geraldine "Gerry" McDermod and her husband Doug of Middleton, Patricia "Trish" Noonan and her husband Bill of Weymouth, William "Billy" Sullivan of E. Wareham, Celeste Foley and her husband Kevin of Tyngsboro, and Kristine McCormack and her husband Dave of Hampstead, NH.Dear sister of the late William McCuish.Cherished grandmother of Kristin, Robert, Jessica, Matthew, Cate, Coleen, Meghan, Melissa, Jennifer, Caitlin, Will, Samantha, Zachary, Benjamin, Joshua, Owen, and Connor.Loving great-grandmother of Leah, Allison, Max, Troy, Brett, James, Ayla, and Zoe.
Funeral Service at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose, Tuesday, July 6 at 10 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM.Interment in MA National Cemetery, Bourne.Gifts in Betty's memory may be made to Merrimack Valley Hospice House, 360 North Ave., Haverhill, MA 01830.
