Mrs. Seatter was born May 8, 1903 in Lockport, New York, daughter of the late George Schneckenburger and Louisa (Merlau) Schneckenburger.
Mrs. Seatter was raised in New York.She taught Elementary School in Buffalo, NY from 1922 until 1945.Mrs. Seatter was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Alden, NY.She and her husband moved to Melrose in 1959.
Edith was the beloved wife of the late Harold J. Seatter.Loving mother of David J. Seatter of Woodside, NY and the late Michael Seatter.Also survived by several cousins.
